Just sign up with us. It's free and you can use our mobile payment solution immediately.
4. How do I get started?
Insert basic information about your website and use the API documentation to create your first products. You can choose a simple HTML plug-and-play solution or advanced API integration.
5. Can I set my own pricing?
Cashlog price points must be compliant with the rules set by operators and the regulation authorities of each country. However, within the authorized range you can set your own pricing. We are always working to add new price points.
6. Do my users need a bank account or credit card?
No. The end user only needs an active mobile phone number to make a mobile payment.
7. How do users make a mobile payment?
All they have to do is type their mobile phone number, enter a unique PIN code received via text message to confirm the digital purchase.
8. Do my users need to register or create a new cashlog account?
No. The end user does not necessarily have an account to buy with Cashlog: they can purchase through Cashlog using only the phone number.
9. How are my users charged?
The price will be charged on the credit mobile phone bill (pre-paid or post-paid) at the time of the transaction.
10. How long does a Cashlog transaction take?
A Cashlog mobile transaction usually takes 10-15 seconds.

We’ve had developers integrate in two hours, and even with a fully customized integration it only takes 1-2 weeks.
15. How does Cashlog integrate with my website?
We have several options ranging from a simple HTML Plug&Play to advanced API integration. You can link out to a full browser page that we’ll host or customize the experience with our advanced API version.
16. Can I control the look and feel of Cashlog on my website?
Yes. With our standard solution you can control the basic look and feel elements of the mobile purchase experience. However, you cannot change the end-user flow unless you use the Custom API available for deeper integration. Contact us for more information.
17. Why can't I change the end user flow?
We have to comply with the rules set by carriers in each country, which change all the time. But take comfort in the fact that we’ve optimized and tested our flows for every country more times than we can count. We’re confident saying that we have the best conversion rates in the business.
18. What is a recurring subscription?
This describes a user purchasing digital goods with periodical (weekly, monthly, etc…) billing automatically renewed until the subscription is stopped.
19. Can I sell recurring subscriptions for my digital goods?
Yes, but we have to abide by the rules set by carriers in each country so this needs our approval. When you insert new website information, please confirm your interest in using subscriptions for your digital goods. We will then contact you with the procedure.
20. What technical tasks are required to integrate the Cashlog subscription purchase?
In addition to the purchase flow integration, you'll need also to configure a set of web services to manage the recurring billing events and the user's unsubscription process. Support will be provided.
21. Are there some costs to set up or recurrent fees?
No. It's free.
22. So, how I make money?

23. How often do I get paid?
Cashlog pays between 60 and 90 days; this may varies country by country.
24. In what currency do you pay out?
We pay you in the end user currency.
25. Do you provide a customer support?
Yes. We provide a phone support and form support to your customers. For answers to issues related to the delivery of the digital goods that you sell, your customer care will be in charge.
26. How will my customers know how to contact customer support?
